Moab Support Forum > Difficulty loading ICC profile

I'm having difficulty loading the icc profile for Colorado Gloss for an Epson R1900, using Windows Vista. I can find the profile and download it easily enough (1.6 megs), but it will NOT open or install. Any suggestions?

Steve, have you tried manually placing the file into the proper location? The file is not meant to be double clicked or opened. It just has to be placed into the proper folder, per these guidelines:
