Moab Support Forum > Epson 7600 & Entrada confusion...

simple questions... I am running a new iMac with PS5.5 and downloaded your Profiles for Entrada white 7600. Questions...

i'm trying everything in settings and still NOT getting close to the right color. my B&W images are brown. My monitor is calibrated. i was fine will ALL my settings on my old computer and everything was always perfect. I'm confused. what am i missing? I'm getting better results with using Pro7600 Watercolor - RW_PK than with MOAB EntradaN 7696 UCMK. why?

just curious to know if i am forgetting something. Thank you.

Richard, so you were happy with the color with your prior machine? Definitely make sure your workflow is correct to begin with:

Photoshop manages colors in the printing process. Use either Perceptual or Relative rendering intent. In the printer driver make sure you are using our recommended media type. Make sure the printer driver's color management is disabled.
