Moab Support Forum > Can't Full Bleed on 8.5x11 Lasal Matte

I purchased Moab Lasal Matte (235 gsm), scored, double sided and in the 8.5x11 size. It will not full bleed my images. I am printing with an Epson 3880 (don't know if that makes a difference).

These are the options I have used for printing via Photoshop:

In the US Letter section I have tried the 3 below:
- US Letter
- US Letter (Sheet Feeder - Borderless (Auto Expand))
- US Letter (Manual Rear)

In the US Letter (Sheet Feeder - Borderless (Retain Size)) I have tried:
- US Letter (Sheet Feeder - Borderless (Retain Size))

I have made my image the size of 8.5x11. Do I need to make it a different size so that I do not get the white edges and instead, get a full bleed (minus the side with the holes)? I really need help. Thank you!

Liz-

Thank you for contacting Moab by Legion Paper support. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you, our customer.

Every printer on the market does borderless printing differently. As a general rule I have had success with creating an image that is slightly larger than 8.5x11 paper size. Are you using this in conjunction with our Chinle line of presentation books?
