"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Hope it's ok here but simply wanted to express my happy experience after just buying my first sample box of Moab.
You seem to me to have got it right on many levels.
Most importantly of course is the gorgeous paper. All I have tried so far are great and I look forward to working my way through the rest. The only problem is trying to decide which ones I prefer!
Another observation is attention to detail, which makes things so much easier. Having all the icc profiles readily available and easy to find is a big help, as is the little touch of labelling the sheets in the sample box, so there is no confusion before printing or after, which paper you're looking at.
Finally, here in the forum, I posted a technical question after buying the samples but before using them, to clarify the position on Rendering Intent. Marc was good enough to go to the trouble of asking those in the know and coming back with a helpful reply. It's a pleasant surprise when such things happen - unfortunately it is rather rare! I also notice similar efforts going into answering others' questions on the forum too.
All these efforts are the things that keep customers coming back!
So, thanks again!
