Moab Support Forum > Slickrock problems on Canon IPF5000 printer

I know that there isn't an official ICC profile for this printer and paper combination but I am trying to do some prints for a wedding and I am getting some odd results. There is an almost bronzing effect in the shadows but only in the blue areas (the brides dress is royal blue). Its a little distracting and I was wondering if there was any way to get around this? Other than that the prints look lovely.

Katelyn-

Our iPF5000 died, so we aren't able to create a profile internally. I can create a custom profile for you if you wish, as this will produce the best results. My email is andy@legionpaper.com if you would like to hear more.

Hello,
I would also be very interested in a profile for the Slickrock paper for use on a Canon IPF5000. Love the surface, just can't quite get the colors to work using the 6100 profile.

Thanks!

Scott
