Moab Support Forum > Epson R3000 printer setup using MOAB Anasazi Matt Canvas
Bill, I have some questions for you, and it will require some time on the phone. Please email me at andy@legionpaper.com so we can set up a phone call.

I had the same problem but solved it by the paper size selection. I had to select the fine art paper feed and then the options to select fine art papers was available. So, if you look at the 8.5 x11 size, there are 4 options. Select the one for fine art paper and everything will be great.
Oh, and your instructions for Entrada Bright using the fine art paper - watercolor within the Epson print driver are perfect!

The Epson R3000 is a great printer, as was my R2400, but they don't like canvas a lot.
I have the MOAB roll of canvas, but cut off 13x19 inch pieces because I print on different substrates. You must use the Poster Board setting and leave the back closed.
Here's the secret I learned to make life easy: Lay your canvas on top of a 13x19 cardboard from one of your paper products, because you will have to fight to get the canvas inserted otherwise, then feed the sandwich into the printer. Then print.
The printer is smart enough to figure out the thickness and such.

I just recently purchased an Epson R3000 printer and am having trouble getting the printer to print on the 13" X 19" canvas. I have loaded the correct ICC profile from your site and have setup and tested the printer for proper operation. I am using Photoshop CS5 running on a MacPro with Mac OS Snow Leopard.
Here's the problem:
After setting up the proper page selections and when I try to select the "Media Type" in the Printer Setup there isn't any "Fine Art Paper" canvas selections, In fact there are no "Fine Art Paper" selections at all. I have loaded the canvas via the front and rear paper paths. Because I can't select a canvas I get the following message in the "Print Queue" The paper source selected in the printer driver does not match the paper loaded in the printer" Doesn't seem to matter how I load the canvas, I still get the same message.
Not sure if I need to direct this issue to you folks or Epson or both of you.
Thank You
