Moab Support Forum > Entrada 300 and Epson R1900

I have been trying to get this paper to work with the Epson R1900 without success. I doing a manual feed of 8.5x11 sheets (no auto feed the tray) but it won’t take the paper. I have tried to fool the printer by using the auto feed tray and pre loading; which will then catch the paper. But this can't really help me since if use the auto feed tray I cannot use the correct media type. ie water color etc. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so got any solutions?

We have seen this on some of the smaller Epson printers from time to time, and we have heard from Epson that the thing to do is to clean the rubber rollers on the printer. Epson recommends contacting them for more details.
