"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Hi there,
If the 2880 is anything like the 3800, you need to feed Velvet Fine Art and the other two papers grayed out vis the rear sheet feeder. If you indicate that in set up (let's just say letter size - rear feeder), you should find those three types including Velvet Fine Art are now available to you.

Hi Tiffany, Ed is correct. Check out this older post for more details.

Hello! I have recently started printing on the Entrada Rag Natural 190. According to your recommendations under media type on my Epson R2880 I should be selecting the velvet fine art paper. However, that option is grayed out so I have been using the ultra premium presentation matte option. I would like to know either how to select the velvet fine art option or would there be a better option to use? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
