Moab Support Forum > HP Photosmart c4780

i have the moab lasal double sided paper. i would like to know if you have heard any concerns about using it with a HP Photosmart c4780 printer? You don't have any icc profiles for it- do you know if I should use one of the ones specified for the other printers?
Any feedback/tips would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. Thank you in advance!!!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your printing question. We appreciate you business and I'm sure you'll be happy with the Lasal Matte Photo Paper.

I got on line and it looks like you made an excellent choice for a home photo printer. The HP Photosmart c4780 All in One device is incredibly versatile and a perfect choice for a home or small office. There are so many things you are going to print going forward.

I recommend that you use the general HP paper settings for photo matte surface or premium matte paper, when choosing a media setting, and if you can increase the brightness about 10% in the HP driver. This should get you excellent results. If you do want to use an ICC profile there are excellent 3rd party profiling solutions, and here is a link to some of our recommended companies: http://moabpaper.com/profile-providers/

Please feel free to call me with questions. And if you want a more traditional photo paper you should take a look at our Lasal Luster and Glossy papers.

Sincerely,
Tom
