Moab Support Forum > Lasal Matte Profile Doesnt work with Epson 4000

I downloaded the ICC for Lasal Matte 235 for my Epson 4000. The results are terrible. If I switch to generic Epson Enhanced Matte setting, it prints fine. Other Moab profiles work fine, I'm wondering why the matte profile does not work. I am using Windows 7 and CS5, but same thing happened on CS3 and Windows XP.

Alan, it is probably due to the Epson 4000 we originally profiled has different behavior than yours. The Epson printheads to travel over time, and it could either be a result of our printer's traveling or your own. We are willing to create a new custom profile for you, though, just so you have a good quality profile for your own work.
