Moab Support Forum > Canon 6300 paper choice

Just bought/learning to use a Canon 6300. It requires that I select a paper type in the printer. Simple if I use Canon papers but I want to use a few of yours as well.
"
Do you have a list of "equivalents" so I can match your papers, or some of them, with the choices in the Canon printer?

We now have the 6300 and 6350 MCT (.am1) files for you to download and use for your printer. Here is a link:

http://moabpaper.com/icc-profiles-downloads/canon/canon-imageprograf-ipf6300-6350/canon-imageprograf-ipf-6300-6350-mct-files/

Please let me know if you have any questions at all about how to use these files. You will need the Canon Media Configuration Tool installed on your computer, and then you can import these files so that our media names show up in your printer driver as well as printer menu.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. We are here to help.

Nick, if you are using a profile for your 6300 that was created for the Canon iPF5100 / 6100, you aren't going to be happy with the results. You will need a profile that was created for the Canon iPF6300, whcih we currently don't have at the moment. I will check around in the office to see what we can do to assist.
