Your .icc profile for lasal photo matte says for the epson 38oo to use ultra smooth fine art but that is a rear paper feed and the cards are a 4x6 and can't be fed through the rear paper feed tray. I tried using enhanced matte but it printed terribly. Again these are your 4x6 lasal photo matte 235

We have made our ICC profiles to have the highest output quality, and it looks like you have found a situation where we need to take a slightly different approach in order to accommodate the smaller sheet sizes.
